Reservation Polices

Every reservation, modification or cancellation must be made handwritten to the department of sales and reservations of our hotel. We will not take modifications that are not sent by this method to our fax: 2479-1818. Reservations must be prepaid 60 days in advance for high season and 45 days in green season.

Children

We Accept a maximum oftwo children under 5 years COMPLEMENTARY for the use of the room sharing with their parents, children under 6 to 11 years old have a charge of $ 10 plus tax per night each one with breakfast included.

Each person over 12 years old is considered adult, have a charge of $ 20.00 plus tax per night with breakfast included.

Dinner for Dec 31st 2012 $70.00 + tax (23%)

Children from 6 and 11yrs 50% from the regular price.

No shows

Will be charge the 100% of all nights.

Guides and drivers

In groups less than 5 rooms, guides and drivers have a charge of $45.00 plus tax (includes breakfast); in groups with more than 5 rooms lodging it's a courtesy (depending on availability, and in that case, we will find optional lodging). The same with the food if the groups decide to eat at the hotel. Lunch or dinner for the guide or/and driver will have a 25% discount, this is if the group has less than 5 rooms or if they decide not to eat at the same time with the group.
