Q- Is the Arenal Springs Resort hotel comfortable for a handicapped person? |

A- All of our premises have been equipped with ramps and special features to completely be handicap compatible. We offer utilities such as bathrooms with a special chair, comfortable access to all the places in the hotel and an access ramp for the swimming pool. We have been inspected and approved to offer handicap rooms. |

Q- Can I have access to internet from Arenal Springs Resort? |

A- Yes, in the lobby we have a little area whit 2 computers there you can access to the internet by free. And also we have wireless access through out the hotel so you can sit outside of your room, watch the Arenal Volcano and surf the Internet. |

Q- What type of beds do you offer in your rooms?

A- We have 2 types of rooms: one with two queen size beds, and the other one with a king size bed. We also offer a roll away bed if you need it. |

A- yes, from now on the hotel offers to our guest hot springs at the swimming pools and very soon we will offer natural hot springs |
